Happy New year, Happy new me.


Hello everyone, Happy new year and good luck with your new years resolution.

Here is mine-

  1. * On the run up to the new year, I planning my meals and even writing a shopping list so i can restart my weigh loss.

  2. # I'm also planning to work in some exercise.

  3. I'm determined to have lost at least 2 stone by Summer 2023.











* Here is my first weeks plan for all my meals.


Day Breakfast lunch Dinner snack

M Hifi & banana lettus wraps Burgers and chips fruit and yogurt

T Wheat a bix Soup Chilli & jacket fruit and yogurt

W overnight oats soup lasagna & salad fruit and yogurt

TH shreaded wheat Left overs Chicken kebabs fruit and yogurt

F overnight oats Soup All day breakfast fruit and yogurt

S omelette Jacket & beans Ribs & jacket fruit and yogurt

S Scramble and toast beef brisket & mash Jelly & spray cream.

*-Carrot and coriander soup
