Up date !

So last week I was a little down because I

Seemed to have gained weight the first week back on slimming world.


This week I'm pleased to say I lost weight.

Below are some of my favouit foods-













Top left to bottom right - breakfast boiled egg, toast and fruit, lunch leek and potato soup and fruit, dinner jacket potato with beans, ham and salad. Beef brisket, mash and veg. steak and mushrooms, jacket potato and salad. My homemade butternut sqaush curry and salad. Coffee over night oats with vaniller muller light. then wholemeal toast with jam, Tuna past salad and fruit and homemade pizza.


The coffee over night oats are super easy - 40g porridge oats HexB 1/2 a mug of coffee and a tea spoon of sweetner disolved , leave over night then in the morning top with a vanilla muller yogurt.

Tasts just like Tiramisu.
