9th New slimming post

Hi Guys, I hope your all well.

I'm sure you'll have had a busy week, like me.

With the kids going back to school and trying to Get all the correct items together and then them telling you something last minute that they suddenly need.



Have a good week, Here is my food diary and Weight loss for the week. BTW I have made a Strawberry and vanilla Smoothie ice cream, I will up load recipes later in the week.




One more thing - This book is incredible, I have only read 3 chapters but it has given me a complete mental boost.

Wednesday 31/8/22

Breakfast - Overnight oats with blueberries and a banana.

Lunch - Vegetable and lentil soup with fruit.

Dinner - 3 slices of delicious pizza with salad and home grown tomatoes (credit to my friend Mary Booy)

Thursday 01/9/22

Breakfast - Puffed wheat cereal and a banana.

Lunch - Onion, mushroom and Tomato omelette with fruit.

Dinner - spaghetti bolognese with 40 g low fat cheese and salad.

Snacks - Hifi, Melon and skinny whip bar.

Syns- 7.5


Friday 02/9/22

Breakfast - Microwave oats with cinnamon and a banana.

Lunch - Vegetable and lentil soup with fruit.

Dinner - Onion, bacon and sweetcorn frittata, Low fat sausages, hash-browns and baked-beans.

Snacks - Hifi, Melon and skinny whip bar.

Syns- 9.


Saturday 03/9/22

Breakfast - McDonalds breakfast. (35 syns)

Lunch - Apple.

Dinner - Steak with onions, new potatos and salad.

Snacks - Swizzle mellow sweets ( 9 syns)

Syns- 44



Sunday 04/9/22

Breakfast - Cheese burger @ carboot sale (7.5 Syns)

Lunch - Apple & banana.

Dinner - Diet cola chicken with mash and vegetables.

Snacks - Harley jelly and squirty cream ( 2.5 syns) Skinny whip bar (4.5 Syns)

Syns- 14.5


Monday 05/9/22

Breakfast - Overnight oats with Breakfast topper and a banana.

Lunch - Tuna pasta salad and fruit.

Dinner - 5% beef burger, wholmeal bun (6 Syns), lowfat cheese slice and lowfat chips ( 2.5 syns for 100g) + ketchup(1) and mayo(2.5).

Snacks - Apple.

Today 06/09/22

Breakfast - Suger free muesli with breakfast topper and a banana.

Lunch - Same as yesterday.

Dinner - Will be Chilli, Jacket potato and salad.

Snacks - ?

Syns- ?


To days Weight-loss is -

1/2 a LB


I'm Okay with that, I slipped and had McDonalds and a burger this weekend even though I went for a walk over the weekend.
